Got Samsung Galaxy Tab?  Getting Honeycomb Sooner than you Think

The people over at XDA Developers have done some amazing things, such as hacking, porting operating systems, and a whole load of other things. Now user Spacemoose1 seems to have a fully working port of Android OS 3.0 (Honeycomb) almost ready to go.  You can look here at his thread on the project, and see the hard work he has put into it.  His most recent post shows the default launcher booting up, but seems to have touch screen and Wi-Fiissues that still need to be worked out.

Galaxy Tab users have been itching for some Honeycomb, and it may seem they have had their wishes granted. But, according to some reports, a full pure Honeycomb experience might still be somewhere in the future. So hopefully we’ll still see some decent headway.
