Bravo Finally Has Froyo

Bravo users rejoice! Android 2.2(Froyo) is now available for download. While it may not be the latest and greatest OS, with honeycomb and gingerbread currently available, it is definitely a welcomed update featuring a flurry of improvements, tweaks and refinements for the MotoBlur sporting device. Motorola has added a few specific add-ons to this update to make the user experience more enjoyable as well.

Features:

  • Profiles- Much like the “scenes” feature on current HTC Sense devices, profiles allows you to customize and create 3 sets of home screens with widgets and apps.
  • Dialer Search- You can now quickly select a specific contact from the dialer by keying in a few letters or numbers as the list narrows to your specific user.
  • Linkedln Support- Support for Linkedln accounts is now available, allowing you to link contacts to their profile
  • Security- Now including Exchange-based encryption and password security.

Just how do you download the update? We’ve got you covered. Full instructions below!
