Sometimes, the best time to buy a product is before it’s actually on sale. Tons of companies offer pre-order deals for their devices, and Google is no different. Thanks to a new leak, we know the pre-order deals for the Pixel 9 series. Just note that these might be the pre-order deals in France.
If you’re excited to know about the Google Pixel 9 series of phones, we’re going to see at least two of them in less than two weeks. Google is going to host its next Made By Google event on August 13th. We’re going to see the Pixel 9 Pro, Pixel 9 Pro Fold, and maybe some more devices. So, if you’re excited to see what the company has in store for us, mark your calendar.
Here are the potential pre-order deals for the Pixel 9 series
Just as a quick note, you’ll want to take this news cautiously, as we’re dealing with leaked information. Google’s going to tell us the deals during the event… that is if it’s not too busy talking about AI.
As for the deals, they’re going to be different from last year’s according to the leak. Last year, if you ordered a Pixel 8 phone, you’d get either a Pixel Watch 2 or a pair of Pixel Buds Pro. That’s a heck of a deal, especially if you’re looking to get into the Pixel ecosystem.
For this deal, you’ll get storage upgrades. This is similar to what Samsung is doing. So, if you order within the pre-order window, you’ll get the 256GB variant of a phone for the price of the 128GB variant. That goes for the 512GB variant (get it for the price of the 256GB variant) and the 1TB variant (the same price as the 512GB variant).
These deals, according to the report, are for “most authorized merchants” in France. As you can guess, other merchants in other markets might offer different deals. Folks in the U.S. or other markets may still get a Pixel Watch or Pixel Buds.
Other deals
As stated by 9To5Google, users who purchase a Pixel 9 Pro, Pro XL, or Pro Fold will get 12 free months of Google One AI Premium if they order before December. Folks who buy a Pixel 9 will get six months of that service.
